Well, I'm always wonder, where can I find a site that been completed and detailed with the latest real estate information across the United States all the time...
Today, I'm finally find it( Thanks to Mark, aka Marketezer...Lol ) He is a real estate agent that been invovled in this arena for about 2 years ( Nah, still a rookie...:P ) Mark have sent me a real estate site through e-mail, this site is really awesome. I can find all of the real estate related datas in this "national relocation" site.
After about 2 hours of research on this site, I'm finally picked out the Top 3 cities that I love the most and will thoroughly analyze about them.
One of my e-pal, Maggie stay at San Jose, I would like to take this chance to analyze San Jose real estate. As I been told by Maggie, that San Jose is California's third largest city and this city also sit in the Silicon Valley, where the world most sophisticated and successful high-tech companies set base here. Because of this main reason, San Jose offers many jobs and houses for rent.
According to the latest San Jose Real Estate Data, there are about 281,706 housing units in San Jose on year 2007 and 276,598 of them where occupied. So, there still around 5,243 houses in San Jose that still vacant for rent. For those that choose to set up a new home at San Jose, you will find many interesting attractions at San Jose, such as LeMans Karting, Alum Rock Park, Children's Discovery Museum, Lick Observatory, Chinese Cultural Garden, Mexican Heritage Plaza and much more...
My High school best friend, Freddie was migrated to Los Angeles about 5 years ago, we still keep in contact at least once a year. Freddie said that he love the sunshine and lifestyle at Los Angeles very much. Now, I'm will try to make analyze about Los Angeles Real Estate. As I knew, with the population of about 3.7 million citizen, Los Angeles is the largest city in the State of California. Los Angeles have a lot of different cultures, as most of the residents come from every corners of the world. Beside that, a lot of universities and colleges can be find at Los Angeles.
Base on the Los Angeles Real Estate Data, there are about 1,337,668 housing units in Los Angeles on year 2007, where 1,275,412 of them where occupied. This mean that 62,294 still available for rent. If you choose to stay at Los Angeles, I recommend you some of the famous attractions in Los Angeles: Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame, Hollywood Bowl Amphitheater, Griffith Park, Los Angeles Zoo, La Brea Tar Pits, Television and Movie Studio Tours, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain and much more...
As I'm said earlier, that there will be THREE California's Cities be discuss and analyze by me. So, here come the third but not the least...Sacramento City. Let's go a little bit for Sacramento
Real Estate. Sacramento is the second largest city in California, with a mild Mediterranean climate that offers mild winters and hot, dry summers condition, making Sacramento a famous wine valleys. Also, the Lake Tahoe offers a great recreation area for the Sacramento's residents.
