My Very Own Story about E-Cards

Everyone has his or her own untold stories. Every time when I'm looking on the free E-cards websites, it will remind me of one of my saddest story...

I used to have a very close online friend, Tracey in 8 years ago and I was still studying in a local college in that moment, while she furthers her studies in the Boston University.

I remembered that we both recognized in the ICQ chat, where it's one of the most famous online chats and since then, we've a very good friend.

Basically, we will contact each other through the ICQ daily and we're talking almost everything and anything here; from astronomy to geography; and from literature to comics! We surely have a great time here...

However, some unpredictable tragedy has been happened, when Tracey told me that she was being diagnosed having breast cancer, and the doctor told her that she will only have less than six months left of life!

Since Tracey is a very happy-go-lucky person, so she didn't tell me about this bad news in the ICQ chat at all. I only found out this news from her mother through a letter, soon after she'd been passed away two months later...

In that period, I was totally devastated and frustrated after Tracey had been gone. The more sorrow thing here is I'd sent an E-card to her before her Birthday and her mother told me in the letter that Tracey didn't have the chance to receive the E-card because she has been passed away two months before it!

From here, I learned some valuable lesson, "Please do cherish our loved ones while they still besides you!" They will be very excited, even if you send some free E-cards and greet them!

Lastly, Tracey I hoped you would rest in peace...
