As a businessperson, you might have a lot of things to worry with. Despite the financial, management, human resource and blah, blah, blah..., you also have to set out your own business plan as well!
Oh, I heard some of you here were a little bit confused about this "business plan" words. Well, if you're not familiar with it, a business plan is a formal statement of a set of business goals, where it's to believe that attainable. (Don't try to draft some b*lls**t plans that cannot be achieved in the long-term, as it's only wasting your time and energy!)
Beside that, the business plans can also contain background information about the organization to reach those goals that have been targeted.
By the way, the business plans can be either for profit or non-profit. For the profit matter, the business plans are mostly focus on financial goals, while the non-profit business plans are tend to focus on service goals or charity.
