- Remember to put yourself in their shoes and try your best to tell them how they will benefit from the training.

- Try to be clear about expectation, and focus on the behavioral changes or improvements that you’re looking for!
- Lastly, don’t forget to measure the results, as those training without follow-up is totally waste of time!
