  2. Remember to put yourself in their shoes and try your best to tell them how they will benefit from the training.
  3. You should try your best to make the training as interesting as possible, so your employees won’t snooze during the training course!
  4. Try to be clear about expectation, and focus on the behavioral changes or improvements that you’re looking for!
