Sometimes, it’s very hard to train your own company’s employees and the thing is getting harder, when you’re trying to educate those outside people to become the salespeople!

Well, as the old adage says, “Where there’s Will, There's Always A Way!” Therefore, here are the five awesome tips that you would like to know about how to educate the outsiders to become top salespeople:

Always put yourself in their shoes first! You should do the survey and research about what the basic selling knowledge that salespeople need to know!

Provide acquaintance support materials to the salespeople, such as fact sheets to videos that can help them to improve their selling skill.

Remember to do on-site training with sales associates, if the product is complicated enough to be understood by ordinary speech.

Please ensure that you are always on the spot to answer questions from salespeople, via telephone, fax or email.

Try to get as many feedbacks as possible from outside salespeople, so you can determine the shortcomings and you can improve training next time you introduce a new product!
