A well-organized company should have their own rules. Hence, as the owner of the company, you have to set up some priorities.

Rule No.1
Remind your employees to use a paper-based or electronic web calendar to keep track the tasks, instead of using their own memory.

Rule No.2
Arrange the tasks according to its priority. Put the emergency tasks in front and move those less urgent to another day, next week or next month!

Rule No.3
Differential these two words, “important” and “Urgent”. Notes: Important means a task is need to be done as soon as possible, while urgent means it must be done right now!

Rule No.4
We’re only human and we can’t do everything in one day. That’s why you have to face the realistic and always prioritize your tasks according to its condition.

Rule No.5
Try your best to solve up the task and not to postpone the task until last minute.
