Southwest Style Chicken Wraps

Whole Process: 20minutes

Ingredients

• 1/2 of a 28-ounce package frozen cooked, breaded chicken strips (about 24 strips)
• 1/2 of an 8-ounce tub light cream cheese
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro
• 6 7- to 8-inch flour tortillas
• 1 red sweet pepper, seeded and cut into bite-size strips
• 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat or regular Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
• Bottled salsa (optional)

Directions

1. Bake chicken strips according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, green onion, and cilantro. Spread over tortillas. Top with pepper strips and cheese. Top with hot chicken strips. Roll up tortillas around filling. Cut in half to serve. Secure tortillas shut with toothpicks.

3. Serve with salsa, if desired. Makes 6 servings.

Simple Chicken Marinara

Whole Process : 25 minutes

Ingredients :

• 4 frozen cooked, breaded chicken patties
• 2 cups purchased marinara sauce
• 1/2 to 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 to 4 ounces)
• Hot cooked spaghetti

Directions :

1. Firstly, Place chicken patties on a baking sheet. Bake patties according to package directions. Meanwhile, place sauce in a saucepan and heat through over medium heat.

2. Remove baking sheet from oven; turn chicken patties over. Spoon about 1/4 cup sauce over each chicken patty. Top each with cheese. Return to oven and bake for 4 to 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.

3. Serve the chicken patties over spaghetti with remaining sauce. Enough for 4 servings.

Yesterday, when I surfed the Traffic Exchange sites as usual, I suddenly saw a very attractive banner on a creative blog site. The name for this site also really cool as well, it is known as Smorty...

Then, I've clicked on this banner & check out this site... I found that this site is a paid per post blog advertising site.
