Business Joke – 27
Other people's tools work only in other people's gardens.
Others will look to you for stability, so hide when you bite your nails.
Our present business is not to exchange compliments but arguments. - Robert Boyle, 17th century chemist
People can be divided into three groups: Those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who wonder what happened.
People do not change, they only become more so.
People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
People specialize in their area of greatest weakness.
People tend to make rules for others and exceptions for themselves.
People who are resistant to change cannot resist change for the worse.

My worst Credit Card Fraud Experience I Have Ever Had in My Life!

Let's take an example, do we have any credit card services in the early 20th century, where the credit card was one of the late 20th century greatest innovations of all. The main purpose of credit card is supposed to help us paying for the goods that we purchase without need to bring too much of cash money in our wallet. Unless you're a person that always overspent and get yourself trapped in the mountain of debts, otherwise credit card is still the best choice to most of the people.
Sometimes, even the best and safety shelther still has its enemy that hidden in the bushes and waiting to ambush us! I remembered that I was involved in a very serious credit card fraud two years ago, where the black hearted identity thief was using my credit card to buy anything on credit and I was losing about $10,000 in this case, and it's definitely a horrible nightmare to me!
Honestly, I didn't know why the identity thief can high jacking my credit card, and after a proper and detailed investigation from the credit card company, I found out that it's my own mistake to give my own credit card information in a fake merchant site that containing multiple malware, adware and keyloggers! Those scammers have stolen my credit card information and using it to purchase some electrical appliances and mobile phones online and offline.
I immediately reported this case to the credit card company and the lucky thing for me was I was managed to get half of the money back, while I need to cover up for the rest of the money that has been used by the identity thief! Well, it's definitely better than having nothing at all, right?
I had learned the lesson and here are some of my methods to prevent myself against the credit card fraud and hope you will benefit from it as well:
- Remember to login and check your credit every month through the trustworthy credit reporting agency.
- Never exposed your credit card information to anyone, including your loved ones, friends or colleagues!
- Don't give your credit card number to anyone, especially when you're talking on the phone, expect you're buying something through it.
- Keep all your monthly credit card statements in a highly confidential place.
- Check your credit card transaction carefully and call the credit card company on the spot, if you're finding something suspicious about the monthly transaction.
Guys, you must always keep in your mind that we should prepare for the worst in our life. So, if you've been a credit card fraud victim in the near future, try not to be panicked and report fraud to the credit card company. I'm sure that they will give their best to assist you out of this misery as soon as possible!

My Very Own Story about E-Cards
I used to have a very close online friend, Tracey in 8 years ago and I was still studying in a local college in that moment, while she furthers her studies in the Boston University.
I remembered that we both recognized in the ICQ chat, where it's one of the most famous online chats and since then, we've a very good friend.
Basically, we will contact each other through the ICQ daily and we're talking almost everything and anything here; from astronomy to geography; and from literature to comics! We surely have a great time here...
However, some unpredictable tragedy has been happened, when Tracey told me that she was being diagnosed having breast cancer, and the doctor told her that she will only have less than six months left of life!
Since Tracey is a very happy-go-lucky person, so she didn't tell me about this bad news in the ICQ chat at all. I only found out this news from her mother through a letter, soon after she'd been passed away two months later...
In that period, I was totally devastated and frustrated after Tracey had been gone. The more sorrow thing here is I'd sent an E-card to her before her Birthday and her mother told me in the letter that Tracey didn't have the chance to receive the E-card because she has been passed away two months before it!
From here, I learned some valuable lesson, "Please do cherish our loved ones while they still besides you!" They will be very excited, even if you send some free E-cards and greet them!
Lastly, Tracey I hoped you would rest in peace...

My Unforgettable Amsterdam Vacation!
According to the latest research, the scientists discovered shocking news that those people that didn't even scheduled for a single trip more than 2 years, but always busy with their daily workload would have 200% of risk being diagnosed as the depression or bipolar disorder than those that go for vacation occasionally!
Yep, when I first heard about this news, I'm somewhat flabbergasted too, as I'm recently didn't have a spare time for the vacation.
Hmm..., talking about vacation, I used to remember that I had a sweet Amsterdam Holidays 10 month ago and I've spent my Christmas with my family at Mary home, where she is one of my friends in Netherlands.
By the way, did anyone know the origin of Amsterdam? Well, according to my friend, Mary who a native Amsterdam citizen said that the name is derived from Amstel dam, where it is the combination of a 'dam' and the river 'Amstel'. Believed it or not, when Amsterdam first settled in year 1300, it's still a small fishing village with total population no over than 1,000 people. Now, this gorgeous city had a population of about 748,000!
When we're first arrived at Schiphol airport, we're already amazed by the architecture and designation of this airport. Mary had already waiting for our arrival. Without wasting anymore time, we jumped into Mary's SUV and heading to her house. On the way back to her house, she was telling us that Schiphol airport is one of the busiest facilities in the world and the airport is always crowded with passengers from all around the world. Meanwhile, I didn't forget to tease her that we're so lucky to see her and didn't get lost in the airport lol
After about 30 minutes of ride, we're finally arrived at Mary home and her house was situated near the Asmtel River. The house in Amsterdam was quite big and large, where I didn't even expect at all! Honestly, my family and I were decided to rent a room from 4 Star Hotels in Amsterdam in the beginning, but Mary had persuaded us to stay at her home and celebrate Christmas with her family. As a result, we all were staying in Mary's house for the whole week..
.
In the upcoming seven days, we have been rented a car from Europcar, which it's one of the most famous Amsterdam Car Rental in the local car rental companies! Mary has become our tour guider and driven us to the local tourist attractions and sights.
Ok, guys. Let's hold your breath, as I will begin to list out those interesting places that we've visited in Amsterdam, which as:
- The Rijksmuseum (This Rijksmuseum is meaning "National Musuem" in Dutch language!)
- The Van Gogh Museum (Yeah, Van Gogh is the famous painter that has been well-known for cutting his left ear!)
- Anne Frank House (This is a museum specially dedicated to Jewish wartime diarist, Anne Frank)
- Red Light District (Although I'm not very comfortable walking around here, but it's still the best place for those that love sparkling and fancy nightlife!)
- Oude Kerk (An old church at the heart of the Freneric Red Light District)
- Dam Square (The center and heart of Amsterdam)
- Amsterdam's Canals
- Begijnhof (The oldest house in Amsterdam and you must be quiet when you're visiting this historical monument!)
- Magere Brug (It also know as the "Skinny Bridge" by local people)
- Artis Zoo (The oldest zoo in Netherlands can be found here and you will love this place, if you're an artistic person!)
- Vondelpark (It's one of the most famous park in the Netherlands with over 10 million visitors every year!)
Well, we definitely have a great and unforgettable moment in Amsterdam and I should thank Mary for being such a nice tour guider. Mary, I promised you that next time you come to my place; I will take you and feast you with the local cuisines!

Business Joke – 26
Everything put together sooner or later falls apart.
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.
Everything takes longer than you think.
Everything tastes more or less like chicken.
Everything worthwhile is mandatory, prohibited, or taxed.
Everything you know is wrong, but you can be straightened out.
Excellence can be attained if you care more than others think is wise, risk more than others think is safe, dream more than others think is practical, expect more than others think is possible.
Exceptions always outnumber rules.

Everybody's gotta be someplace.
Everyone breaks more than the seven-year-bad-luck allotment to cover rotten luck throughout an entire lifetime.
Everyone has a scheme for getting rich that will not work.
Everyone has a scheme that will not work.
Everyone hits a brick wall now and then; the trick is not to do it with your head.
Everything east of the San Andreas fault will eventually plunge into the Atlantic Ocean.
Everything happens at the same time with nothing in between.
Everything in moderation, including moderation.
Everything is actually everything else, just recycled.

Further delays with HIPs
Home Information Packs have experienced a number of problems and delays since they were brought in last year, and have come under intense fire by some officials that claim the packs are costly and cause delays. According to a recent report there has now been another delay involving these packs. However, it could be good news for homeowners in England and Wales, as the delay means that they have additional time to comply with new rules relating to these packs.
The government had been planning to enforce the rule in June of this year, so homeowners will now have an additional six months before the regulation comes into play. However, Home Information Packs are still receiving bad press from a range of officials from estate agency professionals to Conservative Party members.

Learn How to Determine and Evaluate Your Websites' Value!
When it's come to the online world, the game is a little bit different from the offline world. Since there it doesn't have a very systematic website valuation rules that can be used as the standard guide. As a result, the websites' valuation will become a truly nightmare to the website owner!
Although there are many sites that offer the website valuations service, but the truth is many of them were mostly giving us misleading advice. I bet you don't even want to risk your websites to those unauthorized website valuations sites!
First of all, you must know that there is a huge different between a website value and the website selling price. Basically, most of the website owners sold their websites at 50% to 100% higher than the website value.
A dedicated website appraiser will gather number of different factors and evaluation it based on the important facts of the websites. As a result, it might take a longer time than you thought, but it's definitely worth the time in the end!
If you would like to appraise websites and blogs, then you need to remember one thing here, "Browse several website valuations sites, and fill up for free quotes first, before you making your final decision!"
